Bryn Mawr Renovation

60’s ranch-style home that had a perimeter breezeway with flagstone tiles. Breezeway was enclosed to capture space and convert the garage into bedrooms. With the kitchen renovation it was deemed desirable to open up the original exterior wall for a larger footprint and to add light from the breezeway. This required a steel beam and post to support the roof and to hang upper kitchen cabinets for an open look. ¬†Stainless counters were reused in the new kitchen design. New custom cabinetry was designed and more space achieved by doubling up lower cabinets for more storage from breezeway/hallway.
